Ben Flexo Yoga
A strong breath led flow with a focus on presence, awareness and embodiment. Whilst not aimed at beginners I welcome all levels and use a kramic approach to facilitate safe and gradual progression toward the more advanced asanas.
This 75 minute class will also explore the use of breathwork and meditative practises as tools for managing anxiety and developing self inquiry.
Please bring your own mat to minimise risk of spreading infectious diseases. If you feel in any way unwell DO NOT come to class.
