Dynamic Tantrik Flow




Yoga classes drawing on Tantrik traditions (the root of modern asana practice). Expect a playful yet strong class with plenty of cues given to help you get the most out of your practice. Classes will vary, sometimes being slower to allow deeper exploration of a pose and specific anatomical cues, and at other times focusing more on flowing through a sequence. Pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), mantra (chanting), music and philosophy are woven together for an immersive experience.
