Embodied Yoga




This 75 minute class will offer you the space to delve into your body using your breath. We explore pranayama( breath) , chanting, sound work, balance, philosophy and connection on many levels. 

My passion is energy, human connection with ourselves and each other. I teach from my heart and with a kramic ( step by step ) approach to stay safe. Expect to be able to take a challenge within this class but also to feel free enough to take it easy if needed. 

All this will be accompanied by a carefully selected playlist by myself. Please ask if you want this.
