Nidra or the yogic sleep is the art of unravelling any stress or anxiety from your day and uniting with your body and breath. This Nidra alongside the practice of Yin is joined to bring about a deeply restorative and healing class to help balance out your week. We will also weave in various other Meditation techniques to help soothe the anxious and overactive mind.
