Yoga for the Soul




This 75mins  is for you to spend time with you! Whether your a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, I always aim to provide a safe, fun and deeply explorative space to practice in. We will feel, breathe and move in our bodies, exploring your inner universe. By turning our attention inwards into the body we allow ourselves to leave the thinking mind for a short while and go on an adventure for the soul. Philosophy and mindfulness weave throughout the hour, eventually finding rest and a nourishing sivasana to finish.
