What is Yin yoga?   


In contrast to ‘Yang’ styles like Hatha and Vinyasa, Yin yoga works on the deep connective tissues within the body, the fascia, giving our muscles some ever-welcome TLC. Yin poses help to stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians, helping to balance the body’s organs and internal systems.   


Not only is Yin perfect for both easing and strengthening the body’s deep connective tissues, but this style of yoga works wonders for soothing the mind, too.
