The studio is available for training sessions. The primary times are Monday to Friday between 1pm to 5.15pm, and last-minute bookings on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. 

Training includes dance, yoga, theatre, fitness, acro yoga, massage and singing, amongst other practices. If in doubt, ask.  There is no restriction on the number of people who can train together, within reason.
