In my practice I like to find a marriage between breath, movement and stillness, and these are the area I focus on whilst teaching. I aim to provide a deep meditative flow, but I try not to make things too serious, so I encourage an atmosphere of lightheartedness and fun. I believe safety is of paramount importance and I make every effort to ensure that postures and transitions are cued mindfully, and kramas (steps) are provided where necessary. My approach is science based with elements of tantric teachings, philosophy, and spirituality.
Practicing Yoga, Breath and Asana has helped to bring my internal world into balance, I hope that my offerings can help others in a similar way.
